Products
Molybdenum substrate/table:
In the CVD process, molybdenum is often used as a substrate material because of its good thermal conductivity and high temperature resistance. In the growth process of cultured diamonds, the molybdenum table is used as a container to hold the seed crystal.
Sputtering target:
Sputtering is one of the main technologies for preparing thin film materials. Various types of sputtering thin film materials have been widely used in semiconductor integrated circuits, recording media, flat panel displays, and workpiece surface coatings. W, Mo targets, etc. have the advantages of high density, high purity, high processing accuracy, good thermal stability and oxidation resistance.
Tungsten copper alloy:
As a heat sink material, tungsten copper alloy combines the low expansion characteristics of tungsten and the high thermal conductivity of copper. The thermal expansion coefficient and thermal and electrical conductivity can be changed by adjusting the composition of tungsten copper.
Crucible:
Tungsten and molybdenum are used as gates and crucibles in the ion implantation process to control the implantation of dopant atoms, which is very important for the doping process in semiconductor manufacturing.
