Cutting-resistant tungsten wire is a high melting point, durable material, widely used in photovoltaic silicon wafer cutting, electric spark wire cutting (EDM), precision machining, nuclear shielding and other fields. Recyclability: Waste tungsten wire can be converted into tungsten powder recycled raw materials through high-temperature smelting (recovery rate exceeds 95%), which saves 30% energy compared with traditional metallurgical processes.

Strategic value of resources: my country’s tungsten resource reserves are the largest in the world, but the export of primary products accounts for too high a proportion, and traditional applications are mostly concentrated in low-end industries. High value-added tungsten wire products (such as ultra-fine wires with a diameter of <0.03mm) improve resource utilization efficiency and are in line with the strategic direction of sustainable development.

4. Process compatibility advantages

The tungsten wire production process is compatible with high-carbon steel wire, and the equipment conversion cost is low, which reduces the waste of resources caused by technology iteration.
